Huntsman Announces Appointment of Phil Lister as CFO


Mr. Lister has spent his entire career with Huntsman or its predecessors, beginning in the polyurethane division of Imperial Chemical Industries, which Huntsman acquired in 1999. He brings 25 years of experience and an extensive background in financial planning and operations to this new position. Corporate management and strategic development at division and group level, most recently in his current position as Vice President Corporate Development. As VP, Corporate Development, Mr. Lister successfully completed a number of acquisitions and divestitures that are critical to the implementation of the company's key strategic initiatives. These transactions are worth more than $ 3.5 billion, have led to a significant change in the company's portfolio.
