Sapiens introduces president for North America


Insurance software company Sapiens International Corporation has announced the appointment of Jamie Yoder as President and General Manager of Sapiens North America.

"Jamie is a highly respected, seasoned industry leader with a track record of successfully building and scaling hundreds of millions of dollars in business performance," said Roni Al-Dor, President and CEO of Sapiens. “He brings over three decades of experience with leading global clients in the insurance and financial services sectors . Jamie's proven strategy and comprehensive transformation skills, as well as his relationships with world-class insurance carriers, will benefit Sapiens. We have built a strong foundation in North America. An important goal is to further expand our presence in this region, to build strong and lasting customer relationships and to expand our market share. In his new role, Yoder will be responsible for the company's North American operations. He will lead the strategic business initiatives, sales, project integration strategies and day-to-day operations of Sapiens in North America, which accounted for nearly half of the company's sales in 2020.

Prior to joining Sapiens, Yoder was President of Snapsheet, a provider of insurance claims technology. He also worked as an insurance advisor for PwC. Before joining PwC, he led the insurance practice and was a member of the Management Committee of Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, which PwC took over in 2010. Yoder began his career as a senior consultant in the global technology division of Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
