Previously, he was Blockchain Lead at Rand Merchant Bank and FirstRand Group and was the first chairman of the South African Financial Blockchain Consortium. Before that he worked at McKinsey & Company in Johannesburg, at Deloitte Consulting in San Francisco, at the Baha'i World Center in Haifa and at the United Nations in Nairobi. He studied economics at the University of California at Berkeley.
